- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I recently had the opportunity to work with Affiliated Home Loans in Preston, Brent Dodge as well as his staff. My son and his new wife were looking to get out of their tiny 1 bedroom apartment. While helping them look for something bigger, and the next to impossible of allowing pets, we decided to see about qualifying for a home loan. Brent was able to get them pre-qualified in just a matter of days. Within a couple of weeks we found a home that fit their budget and was barely more than they would have had to pay in rent for a smaller place. With Brent's help, the whole process was completed and they took possession of their first home in just over a month. His staff are very efficient at making sure they have all the required documents and verification to avoid unnecessary delays or even the possibility of the loan being denied.
